These terms apply to using De TaxiWijzer, partner applications and manually compiled public business listings.
What is the role of De TaxiWijzer?
De TaxiWijzer provides general information and a company directory, but is not a taxi company, carrier, booking platform or intermediary.
Which rules apply to partner applications?
Applicants must be authorised and provide accurate, current and complete information. Publication is only possible after review and consent.
Manually compiled listings
In addition to partner applications, De TaxiWijzer may list relevant business information made public by the entrepreneur. For personal data, reliance on legitimate interests requires a substantiated assessment of interest, necessity and the entrepreneur's interests beforehand. We do not include private details. A listing does not imply consent, partnership or a contract. Reuse of protected content requires an appropriate right of use.
Correction, objection and opt-out
Every listed entrepreneur can request correction or removal through 'Is this your taxi company?' or info@detaxiwijzer.com. A reason for removal is not required; we remove the public listing after manual verification. Statutory GDPR rights, including sole traders' right to object, remain unaffected. The privacy policy explains the procedure and deadlines.
